Materials for Stakeholders

We prepare materials that convey policy developments and the market environment clearly, tailored to the intended reader — whether management, institutions, or partners. We translate specialist content into plain language while preserving its accuracy, and shape it into a form that supports decision-making and consensus-building.

Materials are not an end in themselves but a tool for prompting the reader’s judgement and action. We therefore place weight on choosing what to say and what to leave out, and on a structure that conveys the key points clearly. We work in Japanese, German, and English, and can provide equivalent versions of the same content across languages.

We take on both end-to-end engagements that follow on from research and requests to turn information you already hold into finished materials.

Who it is for

  • Those who need materials explaining the policy and market situation for a management meeting or board
  • Those who want to prepare briefing materials for overseas institutions or partners in multiple languages
  • Those who want specialist research findings put into a form that non-specialist stakeholders can follow

How we work

  1. We clarify the purpose of the materials, the audience, and the setting in which they will be used.
  2. We prepare a structural outline based on existing research and information.
  3. We finalise the materials with charts and summaries, and prepare language versions as needed.
